The Mayor of the West Midlands, Andy Street, recently paid a visit to our latest project in Rowley Regis to check progress of our new regeneration scheme.
The project, which will deliver 56,000 sq/ft of high spec industrial units and office space on a previously derelict site, is being supported with funding from the West Midlands Combined Authority.
The 11 new units will provide much needed operating space for SME’s, and when fully occupied will support up to 100 local jobs.
DWJ Harkin have secured all groundworks for the scheme, working with our valued clients MAC Group and Warmflame Developments, with the project due to receive its first residents in Spring 2021.
